Rental Management
Choose the level of delegation you need. We only earn when you earn, based on net income with no fixed fees.
Ideal if you already have your own on-site cleaning team. Includes listing management, dynamic pricing, and 24/7 online guest support.
Total delegation. Includes all digital services plus complete coordination of cleaning, laundry, and on-site physical supervision.
Check-in & Check-out: 50€ per booking.
Applicable to both plans if Vellum Costa handles the reception. Usually covered by the cleaning fee paid by the guest.
Extra Interventions & Emergencies
For assistance outside scheduled inspections (such as granting access to external technicians, emergencies, or on-site maintenance work).
