Today we want to open our doors and show you how we conduct our control inspections. Our goal is not only to keep your property impeccable, but to do so with absolute transparency.

The eyes of the guest (and the owner)

When our team enters your property, we don't just do a quick visual check. We walk through the space as if we were the next guest about to stay, but with the critical eye of the owner. We verify that the atmosphere feels fresh, the lighting is correct, there are no flickering bulbs, and the furniture is exactly where it should be. Taking care of a home means paying attention to the details.

Detecting "invisible issues"

Often, a property's biggest problems do not make noise. During our regular reviews we analyze what cannot be seen at first glance:

• We check the condition of the air conditioning filters before the high season.
• We check the battery level of smart locks and remote controls.
• We inspect the back of appliances to ensure there are no small leaks.

Detecting a small water leak today costs very little; waiting for it to turn into a flood can significantly reduce your profitability.

Instead of directly calling a technician and passing the bill on to you later, we prepare a detailed report. This report includes clear photographs or videos of the problem. Only if you review the information and give us your express approval, we will proceed to contact the technician. You have financial control at all times.
